Born in Ghana, she briefly schooled in Accra– New Hope Elementary School – before moving to Amsterdam, Netherlands at the age of 11. 
 
Known to be a very precocious kid, Tina was introduced to her church choir where she showcased her talent weekly. She was a reluctant singer, to say the least. However, in high school, she began to break out of her shell; eventually, sharing her talents with the public rather than singing alone in her living room.
 
She attended Bijlmer Drie school in Amsterdam before heading to Marcantie College. Ateaa Tina has a degree in Medical Assistant from Esprit Scholen Groep.
After school, she worked at several hospitals as Medical Assistant, including Academic Medical Center (Amsterdam).
Her music career started when she discovered by renowned Holland-based music producer Kweku Mensah which made possible the opportunity to work with legendary Ghanaian musicians like Daddy Lumba and Esther Amoako.
 
Ateaa Tina collaborated with Daddy Lumba in 2003 to release the duet album “Bubra”, which had hit tracks like “Pony”, “Adaka Tea” and “Dada Kae”.
She worked with Lumba on five(5) Albums to add to their collection:

* • Ahenfo Kyiniye
* • Give Peace a Chance
 
Ateaa Tina takes a different direction as her focus is to reach hearts worldwide as an inspirational spearhead who engages culture.
 
More than an artist, Tina is an innovative tool of influence with a passion for mentorship. She blazes her own trail with her music career and ministry efforts. In light of all the recognition she has been afforded, her goal remains to use her platform as an opportunity to fulfill the purpose of her assignment. While most artists create live albums of concerts featuring their best loved hits, Tina prefers the synergy that comes from sharing fresh material with eager audiences at a direction to inspire, motivate and equip.
